Official Rules I.HOW TO ENTER NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the contest, complete the contest as described in the game instructions. Once you click the “did I win” button, you will be instantly notified if you have won a prize. You may be given additional opportunities to win a prize by sending the contest link to one or more persons known to you. Limit one entry (with four chances) per person. Limit one prize per person. Entries must be received by Nitro Records no later than 11:59 PM (pacific time) on 07/30/05. Nitro Records is not responsible for entries not received or misdirected due to technical difficulties. II. ELIGIBILITY Open to residents of North America only. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Nitro Records, Inc. its sponsored affiliates, vendors, clients, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this contest. Entrants residing outside of the qualified area, or those deemed to have used false information, or to have sent the game to persons unknown to them will be automatically disqualified. III. PRIZES There will be a total of twenty-eight (28) possible winners selected. Winners will receive one of the following prizes, selected randomly: One (1) Interface Surfboard, one (1) Fender Stratocaster electric guitar, one iPod Mini mp3 player, five (5) $10 gift certificates good for Nitro artist downloads at DownloadPunk.com, ten (10) Nitro Packs, consisting of five (5) Nitro artist CD’s, one (1) Nitro artist baseball cap, one (1) Nitro artist tee-shirt and one (1) Nitro Records sticker and ten (10) winners will receive one (1) Aesthetics skate deck. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipping. NITRO RECORDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRIZES OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, AS STATED ABOVE, FOR ANY REASON. Not all prizes may be awarded. IV.WINNERS Odds of winning are 1 in 2,546 from a total of 84,000 possible entries. Winners will be selected randomly and notified instantly if they have won a prize. U.S. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require parental written permission, received no later than 72 hours after notification, to remain eligible for the contest. A noncompliance within that time period or the return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the judges which shall be binding and final in all respects. V. RESERVATIONS By participating, Winner (and Winner’s parent/legal guardian) agrees that Nitro Records, Inc., its assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by Winner (and Winner’s parent/legal guardian) for any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person, including death, and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, or participation in this contest. By entering the contest the Winner or Winner's parent or legal guardian if the Winner is under the age of 18 consents to the use of the Winner's name, likeness, and biographical data for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Nitro Records, Inc. and it's designates with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
